How to submit a request
Email us with the details below. To protect your data we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. We do not retain uploaded search images, so most requests concern an image that appears in our public index.
- The type of request (access, rectification, erasure, objection)
- Your name and a contact email
- Enough detail to locate the data (for image removal, a link or description)
What to expect
We respond to verified requests within one month. If a request is complex we may need a little longer, and we'll let you know. There is no charge for a standard request. If you are unhappy with our response, get in touch and we'll do our best to put it right.
